It is a well furnished self catering or short-let apartment with all you need in a room, it is more advantageous than a hotel room because you can make your own meals. its fully air conditioned with a refrigerator, dstv, intercom, very big wardrobe,24 hrs water(borehole),microwave, a gas cooker, toaster, cooking utensils, a kitchen, a mini-sitting room, flat screen plasma television in each of the bedrooms and the living rooms, nice, very big and comfortable 6 x 6 and 6 x7 beds and a car park for you and your guests, there is also an outdoor sit out. people call it a home away from home but we call it an all in one package with an affordable rate. you will get it cheaper if you are staying long term. The bedrooms without sitting room/parlour are cheaper.
