The Land Value of the 100 hectres (1,500 plots if measured at 1000sqm for each) estimate calculation was calculated by #1,500,000 per sqm. Pertaining the Facilitators Fee, 250Billion 10% of the Land Value will be payable by the Developing company on signing of JV agreement and it is negotiable based on the Developer's seriousness and capability.
