A really cosy studio apartment in a huge block in a very busy hub of lekki jakande with: -well secured compound -regular light provided by phcn, and inverter -ac,kitchenette, fridge, microwave, pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, kettle, iron -circle mall(shoprite) within walking distance -various shops,supermarkets, open market for foodstuff, banks, atms, eatries all within walking distance. electricity is regular with inverter but you can only use amenities like ac, fridge, electric kettle, lron, when there is power from the national grid which is pretty regular in the area. about 3 minutes drive from the famous lekki beach. the place is off lekki beach road. it's not in an estate but in a well secured compound with security man. guests are expected to keep the space clean. cleaning and laundry service can be arranged for a very small fee. check in time is 2 pm and check out time is 12 noon. no smoking allow...
