Good afternoon: The current rental schedule is as follows: Ground Floor (approximately 215m²): ₦200,000 per m² per annum First Floor (approximately 215m²): ₦185,000 per m² per annum Second Floor (approximately 215m²): ₦165,000 per m² per annum (Available) Third Floor (approximately 200m²): ₦150,000 per m² per annum. The proposed lease Fixed term of five (5) years. Option A: Three (3) years upfront, with the balance of two (2) years subject to market review at the time. Option B: Full five (5) years upfront at the agreed rate. Please note that payment of 10% of the rental value for both the legal fee and Agency fee respectively are applicable. This is intended to assist your planning and remains subject to our mutual agreement and execution of the formal lease.
