It is a 5 to 10 minutes drive from many good restaurants, clubs, and supermarts in Ikoyi, Victoria Island, and is close to Oniru Beach, the Palms Shopping Mall with its cinemas. The space We offer a private cosy condo for quiet habitation in a serene and secured estate and within a secured fully covered CCTV compound. The property owner/manager is close by, and reachable 24/7 for assistance and advice whenever required. Other things to note Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. There is 24/7 security presence in the estate and physical control at the estate main gate especially between 11pm and 5am. Refrigerator, kettle, cutleries, cookware, glassware, and all you require to prepare your meals. Complimentary bottled water, Tissue papers and Bathing soap are provided upon arrival. The bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and tastefully furnished with upholstered beds, 100% cotton sheets, cosy pillows, and duvets to ensure you have a comfortable sleep.
