Women Housing Plan Intiative (Owner / Landlord)

In pursuit of her commitment to providing affordable housing to families across Nigeria, Women Housing
Plan Initiative (WHPI) is flagging off yet another affordable housing initiatives in the Zuba axis of the F.C.T.
WHPI has successfully developed several housing Initiatives across the F.C.T., and Niger State, With estate
developments located at Masaka, Niger State, Kurudu and Jabi in the FCT. With a view to increase the
reach and impact of her housing schemes, the WHPI Unity Hills Residence was birth.

The Project is a structured development of site infrastructure and services to support 500 units of well
laid-out plots, covering a total land size of 30hectares. Off-takers are required to build from a selection
of pre-approved tastefully designed residential prototypes; ranging from 4 bedroom and 5 bedroom single
storey detached house, 4-bedroom single storey semi-detached house, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom
detached bungalow. The choice and location of purchased plots will determine the applicable prototypes
for construction.

The developer has acquired FCDA land-use approval and the infrastructure development has been
