*Check-Out*
Check-out time is 12pm. It is extremely important that guests respect this rule in order not to delay the scheduled check-in of the next guest, which may result in cancellation and loss of earnings. #20,000 will be charged every 1 hour of late checkout after 12 noon, after which the caution fee will be forfeited if the guest does not vacate the property by 3:00 pm at the latest.
Caution fee is refunded within 24 hours after checkout if there is no damage or breaking of rules.

*CLEANING*
Cleaning of the apartment is done one day on and one day off, Requests for cleaning outside the regular 1-day interval attract a N3k charge per cleaning.
CANCELLATION POLICY:*
Full refund will be made for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking.
No refund after 24 hours of payment.
