**Guidelines**
Please take note of the following guidelines to ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay at our apartment:

- Payment must be made in full before check-in.
- When checking out of the apartment, kindly keep the keys with the house manager.
- Check-out time is strictly 12 PM.
- Renewal of reservations is subject to availability.
- Guests will be charged to replace any broken decorations or electronic devices.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- Explosives or firearms are strictly prohibited.
- Parties are not permitted during a standard stay. However, if you wish to host a gathering, please contact us in advance to discuss arrangements and any applicable fees. Violations will result in eviction without a refund.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, except in designated common areas.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who disrupt the peace or harass staff or security personnel verbally, sexually, or physically.
- We reserve the right to enter the apartment to prevent possible damage, fire, or danger.
- A caution fee is required before check-in and is refundable if no incidents are reported during your stay.
