VAT and all taxes. All rents shall be payable in advance prior to beneficial occupation.
Annual Service Charge
This shall be all services provided (security, cleaning and maintenance) excluding power. It is at
the rate of USD$177/sqm (One Hundred and Seventy-Seven US Dollars per Square Meter)
excluding power, VAT and all taxes.
Security Deposit
This shall be the equivalent of 3 months' rent upon execution of the Tenancy Agreement.
Power Consumption
Power shall be charged based on actual consumption. The unit cost for power in the building is
priced at per KWH on grid (standard commercial rates) and on actual off-grid. The Nestoil Tower
is a LEED-certified building, which usually uses 18%-39% less energy per floor area than the
conventional counterparts.
Parking Space
For parking space allotment, the provision is 60sqm to one (1) parking bay/slot within the facility's
car park and tenant undertakes to accept the slot allocated by the Landlord. Additional parking
may be provided at a cost.
