Ø our workspace (inclusive of all furniture and file cabinets) is $520/sq.m for workspace, $130/ per sq.m for service and energy charge plus vat of 7.5% on service charge. the annual charges for 410 sq.m = $155,800 per year, service charge = $20,500 per year and energy charge per year =$36,900. total annual sum: $213,200 plus vat on energy and service charge ($4,305).
