Lease Terms

• Annual Lease Fee: ₦15,000,000 per annum.
• Lease Duration: Minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years.
• The lessee shall pay a refundable security and damage deposit in addition to the annual lease fee.
• The security deposit will be refunded upon expiration of the lease, provided:
• The station is returned in good condition.
• There are no outstanding utility bills, government levies, taxes, or other liabilities.
• Where there are outstanding obligations or damages, the owner shall deduct the applicable amount from the security deposit and refund the balance to the lessee.
• The 5% agency commission shall be paid by the lessee directly to the appointed marketing agent. The property owner is not responsible for the agency commission.
• Any renovation, rebranding, or modification required before commencing operations shall be carried out and financed by the lessee to suit its operational requirements, subject to the owner's approval where applicable.
