Our office is located at Dr Ogwuadi Olisa Plaza Opposite Redeem Junction, Okpanam road , Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria. Ubafest Merchant is registered under CAC with RC:008208.

Our practice is Designing Complete exceptional buildings, estates in special situations, where a unique historic or natural environment requires an especially thoughtful and innovative solution.

From inception in 2002, we have shared the singular goal of creating lasting impact through design for both communities and individuals.
