SABRINA PROPERTIES LTD. has a well structured office network. We have been positioned to take up assignment in any part of Nigeria at a very short notice. Each office is broken down into different departments ranging from Agency department which is sub-divided into sourcing, marketing, letting and sales department. These 4 sub-divisions have different Estate Surveyors and other professionals that are dedicated to handle affairs relating to their respective divisions or areas of concentration.
We also have valuation department, management department, which in turn has a sub-division, facility management section and finally we have the development department.
Each branch of the office has the ability to handle any level of responsibility independently with the same precision and professionalism with which the company has come to be known for. Our development department can mobilize to site at a very short notice with or without initial mobilization from our client based on our assessment of the client's profile.
With our advanced IT base, depending on the request of our client, we have the ability to give our client real time position of our activities in any assignment we have been given to handle.
