PLEASANT HARBOR INVESTMENTS COMPANY LTD is a registered company with CORPORATE AFFAIRS COMMISSION OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA, ABUJA with RC 1208002.



The objects for which the company is established are:

1. To carry on the business of general merchants, contractors, international traders, importers, exporters, distributors, suppliers of consumable goods and dealers of all kinds of goods, to act as manufacturers’ representatives, commission agents, industrial and general contractors, suppliers of all articles and buying agents of all kinds.

To carry on business of oil drilling, prospecting, refining oil and gas, petroleum sales and marketing, petro-chemical construction and installation, crude oil and minerals exploration and to store oil, petrol, gas, kerosene and allied products for business purposes.

3. To carry on all or any of the business of the road transport, logistics, haulage contractors, owners and carters of road vehicles of every description, carriers of goods and passengers by roads.

4. To carry on the business of property developers, estate agents, interior and exterior designing, facility maintenance, renovating, restructuring, and to buy and sell materials or related products necessary for this business.

5. To carry on business as hotel services, to acquire, equip, manage and run hotels branded products, inns, rest houses, and lodging services, shampoo, bath wash and lotion of every description.

6. To acquire, establish, manage and run retail stores of all kinds, whether or not describable as supermarkets, superstores, department stores and hypermarkets, or as self-service stores, chain stores or otherwise.

7. To carry on the business of event management/planning, corporate gift items, image making and to engage in corporate and individual branding, catering services, rental services, interior and exterior decoration, brand & packaging gift items boutique and fast foods.

8. To carry on the business of mechanized farming in all ramification, import and export of agricultural products both raw and finished products, establish agro-allied industries for food processing, production of agricultural equipments and chemicals, procurement and processing of forest products and agricultural produce, minerals and precious stones; the production of all kinds of furniture and household goods and also the exportation of same and other related things.

9. To carry on business as manufacturers, suppliers, and dealers in all kinds of building materials and builders’ requisites, to manufacture, supply and deal (without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) in building blocks, bricks and cement, supply and deal in lime, limestone, clay, sand, stone, granite, marble, earth and gravel.

10. To do all such other things as may be considered to be incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them.
