Eme Ikeson Property and Company is a professional firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers . We are registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja under the companies and Allied Matter Decree (1990) to practice the business of Estate Surveying and Valuation in Nigeria.

Our firm has been in continuous existence. With our seasoned professionals, we provide the underlisted range of services, especially in the area of property valuation and management.

1. PROPERTY VALUATION

This involves the estimation of the worth of a property/asset and is required for various purposes namely:

- Mortgage
- Compensation
- Insurance, Acquisition/Merger, etc

Our experienced personnel have at one time or the other been involved in multifaceted valuation assignments.
We are proud valuers of Landmark House Ikeja and Landmark Beach Houses and chalet located in Victoria I sland.

2) PROPERTY AGENCY

- Introduction of vacant property which is available either for sale or lease to prospective buyers or tenants respectively.
- Negotiation of rent on open market basis subject to Landlord's directives.

3) PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

By this function, we take away the trouble involved in dealing with tenants from property owners. These include:

- Periodic inspection of the property to establish the state of repairs.
- Maintenance of correspondence with tenants or occupiers and collection of rent and service charge deposit whenever due and keeping of up to date file records.
- Prompt remittance of rent to the Landlord upon deduction of professional fees and any other sums to cover requisite expenditure as may be authorized by the Landlord.
- General advice to the Landlord on measures that will enhance the rental and capital values of the property.
- Restructuring of leases and renewals to reflect market trend.
- Preparing periodically, tenancy schedule for the viewing of the Landlord.
- All other services incidental to prudent property management.
