Our firm, Bamigbola Consulting, is an indigenous firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers registered with the Estate Surveying and Valuation Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) and a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).The firm is also registered with financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN) for financial reporting Asset Valuation. We are also members of the African Real Estate Society (AFRES) and other International Professional Institutions.
Bamigbola Consulting provides real estate services ranging from Asset Valuation for Plant, Machinery and Equipment, land and Building among other types of assets; Feasibility and Viability Appraisal; Facilities and Property Management; Real Estate Consultancy and Real Estate Agency.

Utility bill with the address on your account on Nigeria Property Centre (not more than 3 months old). Example: Power or water bill
Most recent tax clearance
