(1) company profile introduction the farm was incorporated in 2012 as an integrated agroallied company. the farm is located along airport road, kaduna, nigeria. the farm is about 74.197ha (185.49 acres) land size. the land has a title of kaduna state government certificate of occupancy, 2014, for 40 years. close proximity to nda and kaduna airport activities the farm has the following sections: poultry the poultry is a fully integrated one comprising of; a) a hatchery b) pullets/ brooding house c) layer pen houses d) a poultry feedmill a) the hatchery the hatchery consist of 2 tunnel type incubator each with a capacity of 90,000 eggs giving a total of 180,000 eggs. there are 2 hatcheries with a capacity of 15,000 eggs with two settings per week each giving a total of 60,000 day old chicks weekly. this unit is already in production. b) the pullets/ brooding house the pullets house is a fully automatic type with a capacity of about 25,000 chicks. it has automatic drinkers, feeders, and manure collection with manure evacuation to trucks. c) automatic layer penhouse the farm has built and installed 2 layer penhouses, also fully automatic as in the pullets penhouse. the 2 penhouses have a total capacity of about 50,000 layers. d) the company has 4 feed mills to produce feeds for starters, growers, layers, and broiler mash. the total feed production capacity is 6ton/day. this is enough to meet its internal demand and to sell to others. crop farming the land is very fertile for rice, maize, sorghum, soybeans, cassava as well as for growing vegetables like tomatoes, pepper, cucumber, and this can be done all the year round because of the potential that exists for irrigation farming. the farm is bound on the east-west side by a river that is wet along about 60% of its portion of the river. and with many bore holes the farm can produce rice and vegetables 3 times a year. total cultivable land is about 50ha. agro processing ( grain /seed processing equipment) the company has just installed a complete equipment for grain and seed processing solutions. it has a full line of 15mt/h grain and seed cleaner, gravity separator, destoner, seed coating/treater machines and automatic bagging and weighing system. their equipment can process maize, rice, soyabeans,and sorghum grains / seeds. this is for both food processing companies like rice millers, cornflakes producers, and soybeans oil millers. this equipment is to meet their own requirement, out growers and third party customers. for commercial purposes the farm has brand names approvals as follows: 1) processed grains 2) processed seeds fish farming currently the farm has started to build fish ponds, with a capacity of 100,000 fingerlings, with 9 more of the same capacity in the works. this will produce about 10,000,000 fish in a production cycle. to support this commercial production they have cold room(s) and fish drying equipment and packaging. the estimated cost is as follows: 1) cold room(s) and cold vehicles-$150,000 2) fish drying equipment -$150,000 3) fish packaging equipment- $150,000 4) logistics and transportation- $180,000 floating fish feed extruder machine the company has a floating fish feed extruder machine of 800kg/hr capacity. this equipment has just has arrived and is being installed. this is enough for its requirement of fish feed and for other commercial farmers. for this they also have a brand name approval. renewable energy project the farm has imported a biomass pelleting machine for the production of organic fertilizer from produced manure, and indeed from other farms. they will also produce so called kitchen pellets from saw and wood dust as low carbon emission fuel for use in stoves in especially rural areas. they are aiming at carbon credits as a result. for this, they also have an approved brand name. mission statement the farm is into modern agricultural farming with value addition using its highly skilled workforce and technology to contribute to nigerias food security. vision statement towards a hunger free nigeria 2) date of inception/ registration the farm has been registered with cac since on the 13th march, 2012. asking price : 8 billion naira please call or whatsapp for pictures and or site inspecti...
