*HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT AND WHAT YOU GET BACK IN RETURN*
A subscriber form fee which cost #3000 will be filled by you,the money have to be paid directly to the Company's account number together with any of the subscriber first(initial) deposit.
Documents to get after the first(initial) payment include:
A Receipt of your first payment,both the E and the hard copies
A contract of Sales Document.
After the full land/house payment, the subscriber will get
An invoice and Receipt of all payments made.
An updated contract of Sales Document.
A Provisonal Letter of Allocation.
This is what will be handed over to those who purchase mainly for investment purposes.
For those who purchases to build either residential or commercial, after making payment for the land,they will proceed to pay the infrastructural fees and the company will hand over to them:
A Deed of Assignment carrying their names and plot locations.
Survey Documents.
