Old GRA is a neighborhood situated in the city of Port Harcourt, Rivers state, Nigeria. It was called the European quarters in the colonian era, as it was a place of residence for the Europeans. The neighborhood houses the House of Assembly, the People's Democratic Party Secretariat and the NEPAD Rivers State Secretariat.
