The Top Suites was launched in 2016 to provide purpose-built exclusive youth accommodation in Nigeria to similar standards to the UK accommodation sector where we have spent most of our life & drawn expertise in service provision. Top Suites is an inspirational place for young adults to live. Top Suites is second to none, proactive and upfront in bringing a new energy and level of service to the accommodation sector in Nigeria. We pride ourselves on delivering high levels of service, security and attention to detail. We listen to our tenants, their families and employers. Clients will have peace of mind when they rent from us and recommend us to other people based on their experience with us. We want these occupied 100% of the time and we can only do this by being excellent.
VISION
Our vision is to provide dwellings where Nigerian youths will be inspired, loved, exposed to the word of God and deprived youths blessed. We want to change the way accommodation is provided for the young adults, raising people's expectations about service, quality and communication. We want our young clients to find renting a suite from us incredibly easy, feel safe, comfortable and well looked after. We try to make everything we do as clear and upfront as possible. We want the young adults who rent from us to understand what they're getting and strive to fulfil their accommodation needs as best as we can. We aim to have accommodation close to lots of safe communities all over Nigeria.
