Once you have duly paid for your land at the stipulated time without DEFAULT, gotten your complete receipts, Contract of Sale Document and Provisional Letter of Allocation Document, you can confidently leave it to appreciate over years.

Q09. CAN I RESELL MY LAND?

Yes you can, once you have fully paid for your land at the stipulated time.
N/B: You will be charged 10% administrative fee that involves a Change of Documentation Process from the Seller to the New Buyer which is carried out by ADRON HOMES.

Q10. WHAT ARE THE FACILITIES IN THE ESTATE?.

Recreational Center, Electricity/Street Light Up, Drainage System, Accessible Road Network, Shopping Mall, Security, Perimeter Fencing,

Q11. WHY CAN'T I DO MY SURVEY MYSELF?

We have Registered Survey document and Estate layout plan for each Estate.
A fully functional Town Planning and Survey Department tasked with the responsibility of producing survey plans for all Subscribers in line with the Master Plan of each Estate.
Therefore, it's not allowed for an Independent Surveyor to carry out any survey in all our Estates.
