The fact that Eleko is a blessed area with a lot of potential resources is one of the neighborhood's most intriguing facts. It is in a great spot, close to places with great growth plans, like the Free Trade Zone (FTZ), the Dangote refinery, the seaport, the airport, and the Pan-African University. Eleko features one of Lagos' best and neatest beaches.
It serves as a location for the Lagos Smart City Agreement with Dubai. Again, there is a project to build a six-way road in Eleko, and this and other future development projects will lead to big improvements.
There is an open market in Eleko where you may purchase a variety of fresh foods, particularly fish. In addition to the Central Market, Eleko has sizable malls and shops where locals may go for their one-stop shopping without worrying about leaving the area. Malls like BIG C Multipurpose Mall and Frenchoice Mall are located in Eleko.
There are numerous estates being built in the vicinity of Eleko. Eleko is in high demand since renting or buying a property there is still reasonable, but costs are rising due to the area's rapid expansion. Amen Estate, Delight Estate, Treasure Estate, Gemstone Beachfront Estate, Edge Villa Estate, Jewel Gardens, Favor Estate, and many other estates are a few of the estates being built and developed in Eleko.
The quality of life for people living in Eleko is reportedly rising. Eleko Beach is always available to locals as one of the few places where they may relax and have fun. In addition, you may refuel during the day at a number of nearby local cafes, like Heart N' Tommy, for a fair price. The BIG C restaurant, SOP lounge, 1st Date Restaurant, and fast food are other options for a more pleasant dining experience. In fact, Eleko locals have access to a number of other beaches close by, including Barracuda Beach, Honey Beach Resort, and Campaign Tropicanna.
Eleko is a growing area with little to no nighttime activity. Despite this, Eleko's future seems bright because of the occasional development taking place there and nearby. A perfect location to unwind at night before going home is Isys Place Beach Lounge and Bar.
Eleko is still a developing area, but the locals are committed to their education. Through efficient school management, both private and public schools in the area cultivate in their students a work ethic, honesty, integrity, and courage that prepare them both physically and mentally for the future. The few schools in the region are the Pan Atlantic University Study Center, the Alberta Academy, and the New Era Foundation.
