For the Snailery investment the minimum deposit is 500k and the maximum is 3M with ROI of 60% for the duration of 12 months (1 year).

ii. Document for 5 plots of land as collateral,incase the company fails to fulfill it's promise,the investors automatically claims the 5 plots.

iii. Company receipts is issued with certificate of investment.

For the Cassava investment,the minimum deposit is 2M for the duration of 1 year with the ROI of 30%.
