About Lafia, Nigeria

Lafia is the capital city of Nasarawa state, Nigeria. It is regarded as the largest town in Nasarawa state. Modern Lafia is a collecting point for sesame seeds, soybeans, and is a trading centre for yams, sorghum, millet, and cotton.
