3. facilitators' commission acknowledgment
a signed confirmation from the buyer, acknowledging the agreed facilitator commission payable upon successful closure of the transaction.
4. letter of interest (loi)
a brief statement from the buyer expressing intent to proceed with the acquisition and confirming readiness to comply with due process.
