PROCEDURE FOR INSPECTION & TRANSACTION -- TANK FARM
Prior to Inspection, the Following Documents are Required:
1. Power of Attorney (if applicable)
If the principal buyer will not be present, a signed authorization letter must be provided, empowering the appointed representative to act fully on the buyer's behalf.
2. Banker's Reference Letter
A formal letter from the buyer's bank confirming financial capacity to engage in the acquisition of the tank farm.
(Note: account statements, screenshots, or account details will not be accepted.)
3. Facilitators' Commission Acknowledgment
A signed confirmation from the buyer, acknowledging the agreed facilitator commission, payable upon successful closure of the transaction.
4. Letter of Interest (LOI)
A formal expression of interest from the buyer confirming intent to acquire the tank farm and readiness to comply with due process.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
To ensure confidentiality, protect all parties involved, and prevent any form of circumvention, a Non-Disclosure & Non-Circumvention Agreement (NCNDA) must be signed prior to any inspection or release of sensitive documentation.
This is a non-negotiable condition of engagement.
