Besides central location, roads leading in and out are very good, adequate security of lives and properties, availability of standard jetty that ease product offloading, good community relation etc.
Storage Capacity: With a total capacity of 50,400.000million litres, the facility can serve over a million customers simultaneous if it is used to full capacity. Bearing in mind that your company deals only AGO, three tanks can be dedicated or use the entire six tanks to push volume.
Alternatively, you can rent out the three PMS tanks to major marketers for storing PMS product. By doing this, you are sure of an average income of N30million per month if fully utilized. With the foregoing, it is clear that the facility avail you two options;
1. To trade more volume at the same running cost or
