1). The proposed Refinery License is approved for construction and operation, which was approved September, 2022, with a 105,000 Bspd Crude Oil and has the following supporting Documents;
I. Presidential Approval.
II. DPR Approval.
III. FMPR Approval.
IV. Inland Water ways Approval.
V. Nigeria Port Authority.
VI. Federal Ministry of Environmental Approval.
VII. Soil test result.
VIII. Valuation report.
IX. Survey Plan.
X. Governor Consent.
2). The owner has his site plan, feasibility study and technical team available.
3). The land is over 100 Hectares in size.
4). The owner alongside his technical team are proffering for an investor who can jointly invest a total amount of $1.5b (One Billion, Five Hundred Million United State Dollars) to construct and complete the Refinery.
5). The stages have been broken down into 3 stages of construction.
1. Each stages costs $500m USD to construct to produce 35,000 Crude Oil Bspd.
II. The investor can key into 1, 2 or all stages.
6). Kindly be informed that the investors will be responsible for logistics funds when the need arises.
