We would also like to remind you of our house rules:

GENERAL HOUSE RULES
* Check-in is anytime from 3 pm. Early check-in after 2 pm is possible if the apartment is ready.

* The keys to the apartment will be given to the guest upon arrival.

* Check-out is anytime before 12 pm on the last day with us. Late check-out fees apply.

* For safety purposes, all our apartments are strictly no smoking. A fixed penalty of N50,000 charge applies if smoking is done in the apartment. We have dedicated smoking areas if you wish to smoke.

* Our maximum number of guests for a regular stay is 6 in a 3-bedroom apartment. The caution fee will be forfeited if the total number of guests exceeds the maximum number.

* Parties/mini-events are strictly not allowed on this booking.
An additional fee of N200,000 will be charged if this rule is breached.

REFUND POLICY
* Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the Check-in date is at least 14 days away.

* 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.

* No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
