- Renewal of reservations while at the studio is subject to availability and requires a minimum of two nights.
- Guests are responsible for replacing any broken decorations or electronic devices.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- Explosives or firearms are strictly prohibited.
- Parties are not allowed in the studio, violations will result in eviction without a refund.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, except in designated common areas.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who disrupt the peace or harass staff or security personnel verbally, sexually, or physically.
- We reserve the right to enter the apartment to prevent possible damage, fire, or danger.
- A caution fee is required before check-in and is refundable if no incidents are reported during your stay.
