Hi there! I'm excited to tell you about the amazing apartment I'm currently renting in Ilupeju. It's a beautiful two-bedroom apartment located on the upper floor of a building on Shyllon Street, just a stone's throw away from Chicken Republic.
One of the things I love about this apartment is how spacious it is. With its POP ceiling and screeded walls, it feels modern and stylish. The kitchen is also a standout feature, with its well-appointed cabinets and other amenities. I also appreciate that the electricity is prepaid, so I can easily monitor my usage and costs.
Another great thing about this apartment is that it comes with a car park, a balcony, fitted and chandelier lights, and more. It's really a lovely space to live in, and I feel fortunate to call it my home.
In terms of pricing, the yearly rent for the apartment is 1.7 million Naira, and the damages (refundable security deposit) is 100,000 Naira. There is also a service charge of 100,000 Naira for diesel and a utility bill of 100,000 Naira. It's a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it given how comfortable and convenient the apartment is.
If you're looking for a new place to live in Ilupeju and you're interested in seeing this apartment, I'd highly recommend it. Don't wait too long, though, as it's sure to go quickly!
