1. Conference google meeting with the direct leasee and the leasor's consultant ( *non negotiable* )
2. The Lessee write an LOI to the lessor
3. The Lessor replies with an Full Corporate Offer and MOU
4. The Leasee fills the MOU and affix his *CAC* certification and data page of the passport
5. The copy/ registration code of the Licence is sent to the Lessee for verification
6. The Lessor sends a Proforma invoice for payment.
7. Physical meeting for Conclusion.
8. Deal Done.

*NOTE* if you can't bring the direct leasee on a conference google meeting to be sure he is very serious to lease the *LICENSE* then no deal
