Crown Realties Plc is among the first top three (3) urban development company in Nigeria. It is headquartered in Lagos with a regional office in Abuja. It was incorporate under the companies and allied matters act 1990 on August 27, 1991 with registration No. RC: 170567. It has been in business since then and have developed/owned landmark developments including Crown Estate Lekki Peninsula, Crown Court Mabushi Abuja, Crown Court Durumi Abuja, Crown Apartments (Extended Stay) Osborne Ikoyi Crown Apartments (Extended Stay) Osborne Oniru to mention a few. Crown Realties Plc is the developer of the proposed Crown Towers, a 30 storeys Sleep Work and Play (SWaP) vertical city with Hyatt International in Victoria Island, Lagos. Crown Realties Plc is also, the lead developer of Enyimba Economic City, a Special Economic Zone in Abia State. A PPP project that include Abia State Government and Federal Government of Nigeria with participation of African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank), African Development Bank (AfDB) and International Finance Corporation (IFC).
