Ark Hill Nigeria Limited (AHL) is an indigenous company incorporated in Nigeria and a limited liability entity with strong foreign Technical and financial partners. Ark Hill has their company directors and executives as men with high experience in many field of endeavor. The Directors although coming from different background ranging from business managers and technical experts had decided to put all the skills and experiences together with the will of developing first class housing accommodation making it affordable and profitable for all stake holders. Ark Hill has land sites for the project in association with many land owners at choice location having understanding and mutual collaborations in places such as Wasa, Wuse, Maitama Extensions, Jabi, etc. These lands has various sizes and tittles such as Right of Occupancy and some Certificate of Occupancy.
