A Lagos based firm, Domart Investments Limited, has launched the phase 2 of its estate project popularly known as Golden Park Estate.

The estate is located on the sprawling arena of Sangotedo, along Lekki-Epe expressway, Lagos.

While the phase 1 had since been completed and commissioned, the phase 2, which boosts of several units of flats is occupying the 6.37 hectares, being the total landmass of the whole estate.

Funding the project are two commercial banks – Diamond Bank and EcoBank Plc, which would also provide mortgage package.

Facilities in the estate will include standby generator, all room en-suite with air conditioners, 24 hours security, beautiful landscaping, a five-star hotel, shopping mall, recreation park, clubhouse, nursery and primary school.

According to the Executive Chairman of the developing firm, retired Air Vice Marshal (AVM) Olufunsho George Martins, the estate will provide all luxury and side attractions good for residential settlement.
