Carlton Gate Estate Lekki, Lagos, NigeriaFront-line property development and management company, Megamound Investment Limited, has successfully completed Jasmine Court, an exquisite apartment block situated within its Carlton Gate Estate that is located off Chevron Drive in Lekki.

The development, which seats on a land area of approximately 2400 square metres consists of 18 units of ensuite three-bedroom apartments with attached boys’ quarters all housed in a single block run with elevators. The exclusive, serviced flats have their own facilities though they share some in common with the existing estate such as dedicated transformer, security, roads and drainage as well as treated borehole water. At the expansive 67-hectare Lekky County Homes located off the Lekki Expressway, Megamound has almost completed the upgrading of finishes on scores of housing units that make up a fraction of the estate. Also in Lagos, the work on ten units of four-bedroom detached and semi-detached houses called Ruxton Court is currently revving to completion. Located at Ruxton Road, Ikoyi, the units have attained varying levels of completion. The semi-detached units are on three floors with three living rooms, bedrooms and a maid’s room amongst others. Facilities include swimming pool, treated borehole water, dedicated transformer and generator. Already, electricity supply has been provided. Finishes include granite stairways while other rooms are finished in Italian tiles.
