We are a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) to practice the profession of real estate surveying and valuation throughout the Federation. We have a clear vision to provide professional services to our clients in a uniquely responsive manner.
The firm commenced business in 1995 in Lagos. Clients' demand had necessitated our opening an office in Abuja. We are, therefore, now operating from 2 main branches, namely Lagos and Abuja.

To Verify an agent, we request the following document from the agent:
Incorporation Certificate
Any one of the following:
Utility bill with the address on your account on Nigeria Property Centre (not more than 3 months old). Example: Power or water bill
Most recent tax clearance

To become Verified, an agent on Nigeria Property Centre must provide us with their incorporation certificate and a utility bill, office premises letting contract or most recent tax clearance.
