Lukman Olagbenga Ibrahim was born on August 4th, 1980. He is a Nigerian Entrepreneur, Real estate professional and philanthropist. Inducted into the African Leadership Hall Of Fame Class of 2020 in London, United Kingdom by African Leadership Magazine in recognition for his "passion and commitment to diligence, success and transformational leadership".

He is the founder, chairman, and CEO of Swift Partners Realty Limited (SPR), a real estate company which operates within the commercial, industrial and residential property segments. SPR provides real estate advisory services to government, high-net-worth individuals and multinationals with a special focus on investment advisory and title regularization.

Lukman Ibrahim is a visionary land expert with the aim of revolutionizing land titling process in Nigeria through a public-private partnership system of land administration that will ensure all property owners in Nigerian whether living in rural or urban areas of the country has a document or title indicating their right to any parcel of land for any standard period of lease or ownership that the nation may decide. This model will solve one of the most critical property and investment problems in Nigeria. To actualize this objective, he led a state-wide public & private partnership project of land titling and property documentation process in Ogun state. The Ogun State Homeowner Charter Project (2014-2017), A scheme that results in the massive processing of title for close to 100,000 properties which include a certificate of occupancy (C of O) and building approval using modern system and technology, creating employment for hundreds of people and fostering enterprise in other new areas.

Lukman Ibrahim has developed and managed several key projects both in the private and public sector such as the factory acquisition for Reelfruits, on-going Construction of Agbara Galleria and other project spanning across different sectors and industries... He is a registered member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).

In his 20 years of career, he has encountered many talented individuals whom despite their ability and ambition were unable to achieve their full potential in life owing to lack of financial resources, training and guidance. To halt this trend, he founded Lukman Ibrahim Foundation for Empowerment (LIFE). An NGO with special focus on capacity building, capital empowerment, educational support initiatives, health assistance, agricultural and Land redistribution structures among other empowerment programs.

He holds master's degree in business administration from the University of Lagos after graduating from the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro in 2005 with an upper credit in Real Estate and Management. Due to his Transparency and Integrity, He was considered for global recognition on Integrity in Leadership by Guardian Newspaper Limited and Nigeria Well Respected and Excelling Professionals by Tell Communications Limited in the year
2020 among other numerous awards. As a serial entrepreneur he sits on the Board of directors of several other companies with the sole aim of making the world a better place for all.
