Oyom & company was established as a firm by the Corporate Affairs Commission in 1994 to provide the following services- Valuation for various purposes, Sales, Letting/Leasing, Purchasing and Estate Agency, Property Management, Project Management, Feasibility and Viability Studies, Compensation claims etc. The management team is made up of experienced Estate Surveyors and Valuers having been in active practice of the profession for several years. The Company has, since its establishment handled several complex assignments for reputable corporate organizations, the Federal and State Governments as well as Private individuals. A list of some of these assignments is attached. The Principal Partner including all the staff of the firm work together as a team to provide clients with effective and efficient services. Our style of practice ensures that a careful balance is maintained between sympathetic responsiveness to our client's needs and the highest professional standards of independence and objectivity. Particular emphasis is placed both by partners, associates and professional staff on obtaining an understanding of client problems and becoming involved in their solution. In many instances, our involvement does not cease with the submission of recommendations and their acceptance but we also involve ourselves in implementations.
