The Process
Nnendu Homes and Properties Ltd provides a trusted and secure platform for individuals, institutions and investment groups anywhere in the world to invest at least N15 Million at 20% interest Per Annum in world class constructed housing units with unique architectural and appropriate technical features at affordable prices with focus on Nigeria. The process flow is as follows:
Step 1: A prospective investor pay N50 000 naira via bank transfer, etc for the annual consultation fee.
Step 2: Nnendu Homes and Properties Ltd add the member on our platform and lists and then shares vetted deal flows with the investor for consideration.
Step 3: Investor invests or co-invests with others. Minimum investment per Housing Unit is N15 Million. The timing would be communicated to the investor to enable planning.
Fees & Cost Structure
Annual Fee of N50 000:
Nnendu Homes and Properties Ltd charges N50 000 annual fee to include an investor in our List. This fee is used to run administrative activities, Marketing Activities, onboarding of off takers, research & development, due diligence on estates, and perform routine paperworks in the business. After a year, the investor could decide not to renew the annual fee. This could be because the investor has invested in enough estates or for any other reason. Largely, if the investor does not renew, Nnendu Homes and Properties Ltd will stop sharing deal flows with that investor. Even with that, the investor will remain connected with Nnendu Homes and Properties Ltd for any previous investment made. You can go any Zenith Bank Plc and pay this (N50 000) into Account Number
20% Annual Interest:
20% Annual Interest is a compensation system. It Means For example, if you, your organization, family, etc made an investment of N150 Million in any of our developments. Your Organisation is exited at N180 Million, the investor will receive first the principal of N15 Million, and then another N3 Million, which represents 20% of the profits earned.
