Office space fee if 6 months upfront payment: NGN300k per sqm per year (net of all applicable taxes). Office space fee if 12 months upfront payment: NGN270k per sqm per year (net of all applicable taxes). Service charge: NGN80k per sqm per year (no discount available on service charge as it contains no elements of profit). So for example, if you take a half floor on 8th floor with a 12months upfront payment, rental fee including service charge for the year is (270k+80k)*534 = NGN186.9million. 20 to 30 parking spaces to be provided on main parking. Operations hours are from 6.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Work on weekend is possible with a diesel surcharge (around 300kNGN per day).
