Our firm Jide tawo & company is a firm of Estate Surveyors and valuers established in 1980 and registered by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers' Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) to practice the profession of real Estate surveying and Valuation Nationwide. This means that dealing with the firm, the transaction is secured. We offer a wide range of professional services which includes amongst others: Real Estate Agency involving letting, leasing, sales and purchase of landed properties on behalf of our client (s). Property management involving administration of leases. Valuation of land, buildings, plant and machinery, fixtures and fittings for variety of purpose like sales, purchase, mortgage, insurance etc. Project appraisal, which entails carrying out feasibility and viability study/report to determine the practicability and profitability of proposed projects among others. Our goal is to provide quality service to our numerous clients with over thirty five (35) years of experience in the real estate profession.
