Our firm was registered under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 and issued with certificate NO LAZ012090.The firm has been in existence since 29th of May, 1995.The firm is registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVRBN) to practice the profession of estate surveying and valuation in Nigeria. We are professional Facilities Managers who are trained to ensure inter-alia that the incidence of obsolescence is put in check while at the same time maximising benefits from facilities. We relieve clients of the responsibilities of having to keep facilities fitting for use at all times. Consequently our clients are able to focus on their core competencies with a view to creating greater wealth. We therefore function as an extension of the clients' office. The importance of well maintained and functional facilities can not be over emphasised within the value creation framework.
