note: the front plot is for a church, while the 2,900 sqm plot is at the back, but has a driveway from the ado road, and also has other entrances through two estates at the back.
*procedure for closing my joint ventures
first is inspection, after inspection comes the loi and the proposal, only then will i release the survey to a very ready developer. after that phase, then comes the company profile, drawings, the facilitator's fee mou, and then proof of funds.
