ALABI, OJO & ASSOCIATES (formerly registered and known as Jide Alabi & Company and later, Alabi, Ojo & Makinde Consulting) is a firm registered by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria and Corporate Affairs Commission (Nigeria), to carry on the profession of Assets Valuation, Property Management, Real Estate Agency and Property Development.
Our Management Team have proven track records of performance in all aspects of Estate Management having worked successfully in leading Estate Surveyors and Valuers firms in the country and the flag has been kept flying upon this solid foundation since the inception of the firm.
Our Head Office is located at 23B, Adebayo Doherty Street, Lekki Phase I, Lagos State.

How we Verify agents
To Verify an agent, we request the following document from the agent:
Incorporation Certificate
Any one of the following:
Utility bill with the address on your account on Nigeria Property Centre (not more than 3 months old). Example: Power or water bill
Most recent tax clearance
