What are featured properties and what are the benefits?

There are three types of listings on Nigeria Property Centre; premium featured, regular featured and standard listings.

Premium Featured Listings

These type of listings are shown at the top of search results (see picture below). Premium featured property attract more property detail views and enquiries compared to other listing types. Premium featured listings are included in the Silver and Gold price plans.

Regular Featured Listings

We encourage quality listings on Nigeria Property Centre and as such we reward agents that include pictures with their listings by featuring them. These listings are shown above standard listings but below premium featured listings (see picture below). For this reason, regular featured listings attract more enquiries than standard listings.
