Property alert figures count PEOPLE who asked to be told about new listings, once each however many alerts they hold, frozen on 7 Oct 2026. Alerts are matched to listings only when a listing is first published, so "no new listings" means none have matched in the last 30 days, not that nothing on the site fits. Areas with fewer than 20 people or 20 live listings are left out.
No individual search or searcher is published; every figure is a count or a share over an area. Enquiries are counted the way the quarterly market report counts them — once per person, listing, channel and day.
