‎3. Facilitators' Commission Acknowledgment
‎A signed confirmation from the buyer, acknowledging the agreed facilitator commission payable upon successful closure of the transaction.

‎4. Letter of Interest (LOI)
‎A brief statement from the buyer expressing intent to proceed with the acquisition and confirming readiness to comply with due process.
