The apartments are located within secure and accessible environments, making them convenient for both leisure and business travellers. Booking Instructions 1. Reservation & Payment: A booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been made. Guests are advised to confirm availability before making payment. 2. Identification: All guests are required to provide a valid means of identification before check-in. 3. Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is from 2:00 PM, while check-out is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior approval. 4. Refundable Caution Fee: A ₦80,000 refundable caution fee is required before check-in. The fee will be refunded after check-out, subject to inspection of the apartment and provided there are no damages, missing items or outstanding charges. 5. Number of Guests: Only the number of guests stated in the reservation is permitted. Additional or unregistered guests are not allowed without prior approval. 6. House Rules: Guests are expected to treat the apartment, furniture, appliances and other facilities with care and comply with all house rules throughout their stay. 7. Damages & Missing Items: Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items caused during their stay. Applicable costs may be deducted from the caution fee. 8. Check-out: Guests must check out by 12:00 PM and return keys and other provided items as instructed. 9. Extensions: Stay extensions are subject to availability and must be requested before the scheduled check-out time. 10. Communication: Guests should promptly report any maintenance issues, damages or concerns during their stay so we can assist accordingly. 11. Cancellation: Cancellation and refund terms are subject to the applicable booking policy communicated at the time of reservation. 12. Important Notice: By completing a reservation, guests agree to comply with Star Homes' booking terms and house rules throughout their stay.
