This service is offered as a complimentary benefit and is subject to operational conditions, fuel availability, and maintenance schedules. Accordingly, it should not be regarded as a guaranteed service or as part of the rental package. Power Usage Notice The backup inverter system is designed to power essential lighting and household appliances only. The air conditioner and water heater operate exclusively when aedc electricity is available or while the estate generator is running. Guests who wish to use an electric iron should ensure that aedc electricity is available or that the estate generator is running before ironing. Using an electric iron while the apartment is powered by the inverter may overload the system and cause it to trip.
